His teachings of Functional Fascial Integration represents his innovations on the work of Ida Rolf (Rolfing), Paul St John (neuromuscular therapy) and Tom Myers (Anatomy Trains). It is a system of bodywork that integrates with Wing Chun's internal practices to accelerate the development of root, sensitivity and power.
