This is a question that we are frequently asked. What many don't understand is that Wing Chun can be practiced with many benefits well into your later years. It doesn't require great strength or athletic ability. This is why Wing Chun legend states that Wing Chun was created by a woman for a girl. It tells a story that everyone, regardless of size, strength or age can benefit from Wing Chun. It doesn't put pressure on your joints, its subtle movements strengthen and increase flexibility and balance. It's never too late to start Wing Chun!
