Our workshop this past Sunday "Wing Chun Structural Development and Fascial Smoothing" was the topic. Put on by one of Sifu Adam Williss' mentors, Mario Hostios.



Mario is a long-term student of Karl Godwin. His teachings of Functional Fascial Integration represents his innovations on the work of Ida Rolf (Rolfing), Paul St John (neuromuscular therapy) and Tom Myers (Anatomy Trains). It is a system of bodywork that integrates with Wing Chun's internal practices to accelerate the development of root, sensitivity and power.
